The silicon carbide large blocks for BF tuyeres presents superior properies especially in alkaliresistance which is obviously better than imported self bonding silicon carbide products from Japan.A single block can reach up to 500mm in thickness and 1500KG in weight, which is currently the largest in China.

This technology presents superior properties with regard to high thermal conductivityanti-adhesion, high corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance etc.
