2. Using a full bore, floating ball structure, the valve can be closed without
leakage within the entire pressure range, facilitating ball purging and
pipeline maintenance of the pipeline system
3. The ball of the hoist and the stem are cast (forged) as a whole, eliminating
the possibility of the stem rushing out of the pressure bearing part due to
pressure changes, fundamentally ensuring the safety of use in engineering.
4. The structure is compact and reasonable, with the smallest inner cavity
space of the body, reducing medium retention. In addition, the special
molding process makes the sealing surface have a good density, and the combination of herringbone ring PTFE packing makes the valve achieve zero leakage.
5. The two-piece and three-piece structures can adapt to various pipelinel
systems and operating conditions with different requirements. The
three-piece ball valve allows the main body to be separated from the
bodies on both sides, enabling rapid online replacement and
maintenance.
