A series of tubular fittings with PTFE lining ()

Firstly, high-performance PTFE powder is used to push (squeeze) into a pipe, and the surface is chemically treated. Then, it is lined into seamless steel pipes(the outer diameter of the lining pipe is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the steel pipe by 1.5 to 2mm) to form a tight liner without gaps. In order to
eliminate stress, it is placed in a furnace and heated to 180 C for constant
temperature treatment, making it suitable for use at temperatures below 18°C.At
the same time, the axial tensile strength of the push (squeeze) tube is
significantly better than that of the wrapped tube, and can be used in micro
negative pressure pipeline applications.
Lining PTFE Lining Layer Test, Inspection,
and Scope of Use
1.The pipe and pipe fittings shall be subjected to a hydraulic test at a pressure
of 1.5 times the design pressure.
2.After the hydrostatic test, the integrity of the PTFE lining layer involved shal
be 100% inspected, and the leakage point inspection method shall be
electric spark test.

c.Applicable temperature:-20~200°℃
d.Applicable medium: It can transport any concentration of strong acid, strong base, organic solvent, strong oxidant, toxic, volatile, flammable chemical medium.
