Periodic vibration monitoring (monthly) and balancing in own bearings are easily performed with the new vibrometer-balancer BALTECH VP-3470. Vibration diagnostics and check are helpful for detecting features of rotor unbalance or misalignment based on vibration spectrum.
Steps of balancing with the vibration analyzer BALTECH VP-3470.
1. Vibration level measurement.
2. Test weight installation
3. Vibration level measurement after the test weight installation
4. Calculation of balancing mass value and angle
5. Addition or removing of the balancing mass
6. Check measurement

Dynamic balancing is conducted on 4 planes and 16 vibration measurement points. BALTECH VP-3470 lets conduct vibration analysis of harmonics of rotation frequency for determination of vibration cause. Balancing reports can be saved in the device and transferred into the software BALTECH Expert.
